60-Day Return Policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition you received it (unworn or unused)

  • Include all tags and be in the original packaging

  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved:

  • We will send you a return shipping label at no cost.

  • You’ll receive full instructions on how and where to send your package.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

This allows us to evaluate the issue promptly and resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Return the item you have

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired product.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

As stated above, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and in the original packaging, along with proof of purchase.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card company may take extra time to process and post the refund.
